The Livingstone Capitol Agreement

Henceforth, as set out in this agreement 'you' refers to you the paying subscriber to Livingstone Capitol

By ticking the box below you agree to the Livingstone capitol agreement.

you have agreed to the terms set out in this agreement.

You have thereby gained the right to receive entertaining trade alerts by text message provided by Livingstone Capitol for as long as you are a paying subscriber.

You agree that the trade alerts you receive from Livingstone Capitol are for YOUR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY and that Livingstone Capitol are not responsible for ANY actions you take as a direct result of the text alerts provided by them.

Livingstone capitol is not a financial advisory service, and makes no claims to be professional or to offer professional financial or investment advise. Information is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Your capitol is at risk when you trade in the financial markets.

Past results are no proof of future results and you agree to completely absolve Livingstone Capitol of any responsibility for the quality of the entertainment alerts sent to you.

You have to right to a full refund if you are not happy with the product for any reason within seven days, including the free trial.

Privacy Statement:

Livingstone Capitol will not share any of your information with any other body and if you cancel your subscription all your details will be removed from all databases for good or until you re-subscribe.

Livingstone capitol has no affiliation to any broker/trading educator or any other professional body within the financial industry and does not claim to be an authority in the financial markets.

Your subscription:

You must cancel your free trial before it expires order not to billed for the ongoing subscription. You have the right to cancel at anytime.

Should you choose to continue your subscription after your free trial you will be billed automatically for 24 weeks via your PayPal account or until you cancel the subscription yourself.

You agree to Livingstone capitol using your email to send you important information and updates. If you do not want to receive emails from Livingstone capitol you will not be able to continue and your subscription will be cancelled. You must inform Livingstone capitol if this is the case.

Livingstone Capitol and its text alert entertainment service are offered for informational purposes only; Livingstone Capitol shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via Content offered by Livingstone Capitol., and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Intellectual Property:

Livingstone Capitol, all the content provided and the original stock ideas sent out by text, are owned by Thomas Livingstone and are protected by international copyright, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to share this information with any other person or body.

Payment policy.

You can have one $1.99 week trial per paypal account. Once your free trial ends you will then automatically be billed $29 weekly for 24 weeks or until you cancel your subscription.

Delivery of your service:

Your free trial and subsequent weekly payments will recur via paypal and as soon as you make payment your text alerts will usually be turned on within thirty minutes, or before the open of the following trading day. It is your responsibility to time the commencement of your weekly trial right so that you get the maximum amount of time for trade alerts. Livingstone Capitol does not guarantee to give you a full seven trading day text alert service when you sign up.

Complaints

As a paying subscriber please contact Livingstone Capitol at tplig93@gmail.com and your query will be dealt with within 24 hours. Usually within 1-2 hours

Termination of subscription clause

Livingstone Capitol may terminate your access to the text alerts, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your subscription. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Days off and trading holidays

When a market holiday occurs Livingstone capitol will refund you for the day that the market was not open after you have paid your subscription Excluding half days where you will still be charged for the full day.

Any other days taken off will be dealt with in the same way. You will be refunded.
